I always have cheesesteaks with the roll---the Atkins Revolution Roll. I never gave up my sandwiches on this WOE.

      Aww, come on people!

      What's for dinner tonight?????

I'm going out to Ruth's Chris' Steakhouse with some friends, so of course I'll be having the vegetarian platter.....JUST KIDDING!

My plan of action will be:
      Salad
      Fillet mignon
      Steamed broccoli or asparagus.

While the others are raising their blood sugars to unusually high numbers with the cheese cake, I'll either ask for berries and unsweetened heavy cream (I'm in OWL) or I'll have a cup of decaf coffee with cream.

I can usually finish the salad, but I have a hard time eating all the fillet (so the leftovers will go home with me for lunch tomorrow!)

So what are you having tonight?

chicken and asparagus for me tonight with my cream cheese sauce

but I just recently bought the onion and chive cream cheese which is amazingly good and quickly replacing the regular cream cheese I normally use. so we'll see how this goes tonight because it'll be the first time i'm making the sauce with my new cream cheese.

I don't know what I'm having tonight but I have to tell you about the AWESOME breakfast I had!!

This might sound gross but don't knock it until you've tried it :guns

Getting tired of eggs? Jazz 'em up a bit. The other night I cooked some cauliflower and mashed them up. I browned a small onion in lots of butter and mixed them together.

This morning I beat 3 eggs (I usually have an omelet) and added 1 Cup of the cauliflower mixture and a little shredded cheese (not even an ounce I don't think)

I mixed it all up and cooked it in the frying pan on low heat (3 on electric stoves).

OMG.... it was sooooooooooo good!!! And huge... I couldn't eat it all and I brought the leftovers for a snack!!

We have family coming in tonight for a funeral on Saturday. We might be going out to dinner but I'll be a good girl :joy

I find the food on this plan is so good and I never go hungry. Tonight I will have an 8 oz. ground chuck patty with small amount of cheese melted on top and brocolli in cheese sauce. For my drink - water, water, water.
