Okay, so here's the deal: I'm going on like a week long road trip with my friend and am really worried about being able to follow induction on the road. With all of those hidden sugars and carbs in restaurant cooking...I'm worried I might order something and it may have something I can't eat on induction. I was thinking of using fitday to create an ideal menu of things I can bring and eat that don't need to be refrigerated (ie canned tuna and my olive oil and vinegar)...and use the restaurants for my veggie supplies...does anyone have any suggestions?
