Ok i have tried reading up on the pervious posts yet i see none that hae my situation so here goes..
I was encouraged to start atkins the other day, and figured i would give it a shot, not saying that i can't commite to anything, anyway i have been reading up on the 14-day introduction plan, and how you are to eat so many carbs over a course of a day.. Well here is my question/problem...
I am a currently a 26 year old male whom has a very busy schedual, i have not eaten a meal before 4 pm since i was in highschool, i really don't have time nor am i hunger to eat during the day untill i get home. My usuale diet consits of milk in the morning, then what ever i can find in the cupboard for dinner.. or i eat out. My day begins at 5:30, and ends at 11:30. So how is a person that doesn't eat much as it is, and have a total distaste for Fish and salty foods go about the right way of using the Atkins Diet or should i just abandon the hole idea?
