I hear you. It's a bit of a bummer sometimes. You could put a spot of mayonnaise on your salad for the fat, if you'd like.
I love how at Wendy's now you can choose a salad as the side in a meal with the burger (hold the bun, natch)... :joy
I'll take a look at the salad! I've never had a Wendy's salad yet!

You better head over to the Wendy's website and look up the nutritional info for that salad to really make sure you aren't downing an 11 net carb salad.
There's a list of the links for fast food places in the sticky thread called "Net Carbs, Added Sugar, Labels, FAST FOOD LINKS" at the top of this forum.

is that not right?2-15-10 194.8 - highest ever!
2-20-10 190.4 - new scale
3-20-10 177.8 - 1 month
5-10-10 169.8 - 25 pounds gone!

You might want to ditch the dressing, just the same.
You don't have yto. I'll just give you the Jewish mother guilt thing and the sigh and say "G-d forbid you ditch the dressing. But don't listen to your mother. Just step over my body when I die of sadness because you're eating the prepared Wendy's dressing"
I wish we had a rolling on the floor laughing emoticon here. I'm spazzing this morning.

Re: Lunch
steph, take a look at the "sticky" thread at the top of the forum called "Net Carbs, Added Sugars, Labels, FAST FOOD LINKS". You'll find the direct link to Wendy's nutritional information there.Originally posted by SMSI am planning on having Wendy's double cheeseburger no bun, plain and a ceasar side salad w/o croutons. Is this okay? I had three egg whites this morning.
By the way, why aren't you eating egg yolks? All the fat and nutrients are in the egg yolks.~Megs~

Re: Egg Yolks
Oh, just make sure you are eating fat with those egg whites. Atkins is a high fat diet, not a high protein one.Originally posted by SMSI just can't stnd egg yolks...never have been able to.
