I agree, don't worry about calories too much. Focus on eating only from acceptable food list, get your three cups of veggies in per day, drink your water and exercise.

Hi all! I am new too. I read the book years ago... lost some weight but gave up. Now I am back, vowing to do it this time! I have a question about Diet Coke or Crystal Light. This is an absolute no huh? Oh damm.... it's going to be like quitting smoking for me to give up my caffeine! How important is it? :sarcasm :sarcasm
