Is it normal to feel so bad?

I have a quick question..........is tea allowed? unsweetened or course. Is there such thing as a caffine free tea??

Yes, there are lots of decaf teas out there...I particularly like decaf Earl Grey. Most herbal teas are decaf as well, but always read the box. :yes
