I love them. But, my son does too. So every time I would make them thinking I would have them for a snack for days, I come back and find he has eaten almost all of them. I got tired of peeling all those eggs!

I'm asking for an egg cooker for my birthday. When I try to boil them on the stove, they're either undercooked or overcooked! LOL! My stove is ancient and unreliable. I'm looking forward to deviled eggs again because I LOVE them!

                  Deviled eggs~

Hard boil 6 to 12 eggs.

peel them. Cut into 2 pieces~ lengthwise

Take the yolks and put them in a med. sized bowl
take a fork and smash the yolks up.
Add mayonaisse, mustard, wostershire sauce, chili powder ,salt and pepper. Mix this up til it is smooth. Spoon this mixture back into the cooked whites of the egg. Refrigerate. then eat for breakfast, lunch or supper or a great snack.

I hope this helps. I made some tonight for supper. I love deviled eggs too.

                  Happy Low carbing

Make them the Lazy Moochie way!!

Smash them all up in a bowl, add the mayo, etc, then eat them with a celery stick as a 'spoon'

I do that every once in a while....not as pretty, but it tastes the same.

                            Laurie,
If you will bring your eggs to a boil and let them boil for 10 minutes and turn the heat off. let the eggs set on the burner, in the water til they cool off. They will be hard boiled and ready to peel and make deviled eggs.

Hey, Moochie, I like your idea. Egg on a stick(celery stick)!!!

I have a Cuisinart egg cooker and I love it. It makes seven eggs (soft, medium or hard boiled eggs) and it turns off by itself when it's done. It's small and kinda cute. (It's like a stainless steele egg shape) You can also do three poached eggs in it as well. I'm soooo glad I have it!
