    I never thought it would actually change the size of my shoes, but I did notice some while ago already that my shoes were loser and mentioned it to a colleague, she thought it very strange too, but ok, I see here now I haven't been dreaming then, coooooooool !!! :joy

      Do you notice your rings falling off your fingers as you lose weight?

      Why wouldn't it be the same with shoe sizes? I've noticed that I don't bulge out of my tight shoes as much. I hate to point this out, but when we get bigger, so do our toes and feet...

        I agree totally, ring sizes now looser so feet should follow.
        I am a bit dim tho, it never occurred to me why my sized 5's weren't fitting properly with weight gain ensive

          I lost a 1/2 a shoe size too. That is weird!
