I've eaten them (but the morning start bars don't taste too good) and the regular bars during induction and I don't think it had an effect on my weight loss??? :confused
I lost 8 pounds during my first two weeks of induction and I didn't find eating them to be a problem (granted you should note that I weighed 137 (and I am 5'8'') when I started induction...
I guess what I am trying to say is that I do a lot of things that I guess I shouldn't do (I drink diet coke with splenda--it has caffeine in it and tons of Fruit H20) but I don't think its "the kiss of death" per se as eating pure sugar, bread, or any of the outlawed low carb foods...???
