      Ideas for non-clothes rewards:

      Jewelry
      Manicure
      Pedicure
      Get your hair done
      Massage
      A special night out (not necessarily food, but something fun)
      A new purse (I LOVE purses)

      Ok, looking at this list, I look like the biggest girlie girl ever.

      Just do something special for yourself that you normally wouldn't do.

          This is a good question, I too haven't thought of what my reward is going to be....hmmm....maybe I can finally start my own business since already I feel more confident, imagine how confident I will feel when I reach goal?

            I have to have mini goal rewards to keep me motivated. For every twenty pounds lost, I am doing something solely for me. I lost 20 this week and I'm going to get a pedicure. For the next 20, I am going to buy some new clothes. I don't have specific ideas for after that, but I know they will get better each time.
