What is your favourite thing about this WOE?

I'd have to say that first and foremost, it's having the list of Acceptable Foods to choose from.
For some reason that just really works with me.
If it ain't on the list, I don't eat it...it's just so simple and easy and a no-brainer.
(now, that's not to say I don't gaze longingly at some foods, but I know that in time I'll be able to add most of them back in in moderation)
There's tons of other things, but that's number one.

Eating CHEESE :yes - that and half the time I don't really feel to be on a diet!
Also for the first time I'm looking forward to summer, hopefully no more pouring out buckets of sweat and maybe even getting into those new trousers and top I bought......

The best thing for me is taking my kids today on a 5 mile bike ride today and actually having fun while doing it. That would have killed me a few months ago.
The next best thing for me is no more spending my whole day thinking about what I was going to eat next. Now I eat because my body needs some fuel and I go on with my day.Michele SW250/CW 226/GW150 F, 38, 5'6"
