I agree with the advice of others ...
Get the monitor. It doesn't take a lot of weight loss to show up in glucose results.
Drink enough water. Dehydration can cause electrolyte issues which in turn can cause blood pressure to fluctuate.
And vitamins aren't optional. Take a good multivitamin.
And while there may not be much in the way of "fillers" in the meat products you eat, if they are processed, like pepperoni and bacon, you may have acquired a sensitivity to the nitrates.
Extended induction can be a very healthy experience ... no question about it.
