Not only is this illegal, but it's a bad habit to form at this age in your life. Life will always have stress, and if you don't learn to relax and cope without resorting to drugs, you will never learn how to normally, and that includes using it to help diet.

Smoking pot 3-4 times a day to lose weight is a great idea, as long as:

        - you keep smoking it 3-4 times a day to maintain, too.

        - you don't ever need to hold down a job or graduate from school.

        - you don't mind getting lung cancer, like Bob Marley

        - you aren't thinking you are doing the Atkins woe.
        Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
        218/187/140
        Measuring every 2 weeks
As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!

Minimum 45 min cardio per day

I used to have alot more fun people watching while sober in this way. The bright side is you can now tell everyone how stupid they were, since most of them won't remember.

A big piece of advice..... enjoy your high school years, but realize that you will likely lose touch with all these people after you graduate. All the popularlity contests, teen angst, football stars and cheerleaders, cliques and fads will disappear and become meaningless. Everything changes after you graduate. Don't be afraid of having to be with the in-crowd, because in another year for you, it won't matter anymore.

What matters is your health, your future and what you do with it.

People will look back fondly at your high school years and remember some things. Wouldn't it be a nice thing to be remembered by as the person who lost alot of weight? I certainly remember a few people who did that from high school.

Good luck and keep up the good work. Instead of beer, drink lots of water, it's likely people won't even notice and it's much better for you.
