HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP
Looooooooong time lurker-- hello everybody!!!
Does anybody here please know a good induction safe beef jerky recipe? I did a search and was surprised at how little info there is out there on this. I normally make the Soy/Worcestershire sauce type, but that's not allowed - from what I understand.
Does anybody out here have a good tasting beef jerky recipe I can use? I would experiment, but I'm afraid I'll use ingredients that don't cure the meat properly, thus making it unsafe to eat. Any help would be TREMENDOUSLY appreciated. I love beef jerky and have 10 lbs of meat that I need to preserve. Thanks everybody.
