    I like Pilates for Dummies. Easy enough and yes you get sore, but you know in the end that it will be less sore the more you go.

    ANd I have no problem saying that is why I am sore ot stretched. People laugh at it till they try it, then they return the DVD and hapily say, "Good work---uh, why don't YOU keep it"

      Believe it or not I just threw the whole Windsor Pilates set away lol..I have had it for over a year now and tried to do it when I first got it and couldn't do it (of course I was 60 pounds heavier) and I tried it a couple of weeks ago and still couldn't get the stupid breathing down. And if it's not fun It's definately not going to keep my interest lol...isn't that terrible? I guess I figured if I have been exercising for the past 6 months religiously and still can't do it, I don't want to look at it anymore lol.
