i know finelly was kidding but i do that sometimes and i find it works for me.. ill go off for a party if i know i want to make the choice to drink or eat something i want, and i know the next day to go back on program and i'll lose more. it all comes back into place, i dont know why everyone takes it so seriously. its not cheating.. if i make a choice that i want to not deprive myself of something one day out of 20 days, and know that the next day ill go back to my normal way of eating, theres nothing wrong with that. anyway.. back to the topic. michelob ultra has 1 carb and vodka has none. shots are good, chase it with a diet coke if you have to..
The only problem with that Goal65 is that some folks who are very strict with their carb intake get really naucous and ill when they suddenly cram carbs. (I know you don't mean that you cram them, but many folks are additiced to carbs and like the smoker or drinker who smokes that first one, it sets them on a downward spiral and its hard to get back on track. )
So if anyone is looking for approval to cheat, there can and often times are consequences other than not gaining or losing weight.

well.. now that you mention it, i cheated yesterday at that family party.. didnt plan on it but i did and i didnt even eat that much (i swear my stomach shrunk because i cant eat much anymore) and just tasting things got me SO sick and full i felt like i was gonna throw up everywhere i was so full, when i didnt eat that much! I praise this WOE. It really has changed me.. with a little determination, it can change anyone.
