      Re: Extended Induction Check in

I'm still on extended induction too. I figured once I lost 70 pounds (originally I said 60 pounds, but I have recently changed the pounds) I will move to OWL. So, I still have another 11 pounds to go.

        Re: Extended Induction Check in

I'm still here. Started mid January and I'll be hanging around a bit more. I'm satisfied w/ the foods still so I see no need to change yet. Maybe after another 20 lbs I'll go on to the next phase.

          Re: Extended Induction Check in

I'm still on extended induction. No problem with the menu choices and sticking with it, so no need to change just yet. I'll probably move on to OWL when I'm about 20 or so pounds away from goal. Have a bit more to do in EI first.

Me too! Still on Extended Induction and I think I will be for some time.

Just came back from hols and haven't weighed myself yet but an amazing thing happened three days ago -- I was walking along the beach and MY TROUSERS FELL DOWN! They just kind of slid off my hips. (I was wearing a swimsuit underneath, thank goodness). Given that they were tight enough to leave a mark around my waist six weeks ago, that's a result, no? Course, they were a UK size 20 (dunno what that is in the US -- a 16 maybe?), but hey, it's a start.

So yeah, I'm sticking to EI. Works for me!

                I'm still here.
Planning to move to OWL when this whole immigrating-thing is done and over with (another month to go), everything is way too stressy now to be able to overlook the whole thing, so I decided to stay in the safety of EI for the time being.

                      Re: Extended Induction Check in

My opinion is that it is time to move on. You are only 25 pounds from goal. Moving up the ladder will help you find your CCLL, give you more choices and start to teach you what you can eat for your maintenance. It is really important that you go through the rungs in order to be successful in the WOE from what I have read....JMO.
