Hi everyone- I just joined ADBB today. I've lost 8lbs so far and then didn't lose on week 3. Here are my goals so that hopefully the scale WILL go down by my next weigh-in:
1) NO COFFEE
2) NO DIET COKE
3) No sunflower seeds (after week two I had a couple handfulls of sunflower seeds, even though I know i'm not on the nut rung. not sure if that's why i didn't lose weight, or if it's other reasons)
4) Exercise everyday until my next weigh in (Tuesday, October 4th) and 4 times the week after that
I made these pacts Tuesday after not losing any weight (except the exercise one, that's a new one) and have not slipped, but it's nice to have people to tell about my plans, so I will be less likely to slip up
