  • Public Declaration to get back on track

    I have been so so bad about 1. eating low carb food 2. going to the gym these last 2 weeks or so. Thank god I haven;t gained any weight, but I have drank, eaten ice cream and mac and cheese. I swear one night after drinking my arms were as fat s ever ( I think it was all in my head though). SO this is me committing to myself and to all of you that I am re-inducing today and for the enxt 2 weeks and doing this the right way. I have lost 44 lbs in 4 months, nd I can't wait to lose the other 70. I am determined to get to onederland by Xmas and Next spring I WILL be in a bikini and I WILL be looking cute and hot . You have lal been supportibve so far and I think one reaosn why I fell off was b/c I wasn;t checking in here on a daily basis.

    But I did quit smoking! yay me

        It's good to know you plan to go on induction again, I wish you good luck, and I'm sure you'll do great...44 pounds is an awsome weight loss!

          WElcome back..i think everyone goes into this mode sometimes. I did for about 3 weeks. I kept having excuses. I'm glad to be back and I'm ready to reach that goal! SO WILL YOU!
