I have been so so bad about 1. eating low carb food 2. going to the gym these last 2 weeks or so. Thank god I haven;t gained any weight, but I have drank, eaten ice cream and mac and cheese. I swear one night after drinking my arms were as fat s ever ( I think it was all in my head though). SO this is me committing to myself and to all of you that I am re-inducing today and for the enxt 2 weeks and doing this the right way. I have lost 44 lbs in 4 months, nd I can't wait to lose the other 70. I am determined to get to onederland by Xmas and Next spring I WILL be in a bikini and I WILL be looking cute and hot
