    It's a beautiful day!!!!!!!!

    This was a three part great day! First I weighed today and I/m down to a new low - 254. That's 44.5 lbs since July 14! Then I went shopping for clothes and bought 2x shirts!!!! And 42 pants!!! Wooohoooooo!!!! Then I went to an all you can eat place (I used to eat all I could!) and controlled myself - I have eaten 1600 calories and 15 carbs today according to fitday. Thanks for listening!! It's a beautiful day!!!!!
