Re: 14th day, small to mild ketosis, am I through induction?
Great, isn't it. I am a similar height to you and started at about 288lbs. I lost 24 lbs on induction and felt absolutely UNBEATABLE! And I still do. You are right about trying it years ago if I'd known how easy it is.
I've been on it 14 weeks and have lost 21 kgs (about 47 lbs) all up. I tried OWl but decided to go back to a level of about 30 carbs per day for a while. When I've lost about 50 kgs (I started with 71 to lose in total) I'll start to seriously move up the OWL rungs and see how I go.
Keep up the good work
and let us now your (shrinking) statistics. A pic would be nice too.

25 pounds in 20 days is astonishing, there's no doubt, and it's a great boost to you on this new way of eating, but even if/when it slows down a little, hang in there. The results are worth it, I promise!
