okay i see 24 carbs then 9 and then 16 for your last 3 days. it would help to see them as meals you ate but
you don't have to eat 20 net grams you only have to stay under 20 with at least 1/2 of them coming from your veggies during induction.
sweetners are limited to 3 a day from all sources no matter what sweetener you use.
I'm not ral sure why you think you are messed up? if you are doing OWL you'd be on rung one which is 5 more net carbs of your induction veggies added to the 3 cups you already are having from induction.
if thsi is a scale not moving issue that is very normal after induction and even has a name I call it post induction sale hesistation but some folk misnameit PISS and call it a stall. you are doing fine just increase those veggies in your OWL eating and if you are back ininduction because you are out of ketosis them as soon as you get back in ketosis jump back up to OWL rung 1 again.
