    Re: Pork Rinds on induction

The Atkins Center told me to limit pork rinds to 1-2oz a day at max and be wary of how I reacted to the sodium in them.

If you get the spicy ones and mix a tablespoon of blue cheese dressing and a tablespoon of sour cream and use that as a dip, it is great for those who like hot chicken wings!

            Re: Pork Rinds on induction

Y'all, I am at week 7. Lost 22 pounds in first 4 weeks. I am still on induction, but I am already at a standstill and very disappointed and depressed. I dont weigh often, but did last night and I was so upset. We weigh at meetings once a month, and I should have waited, but I didn't feel like I was losing anything. Any tips?

Hey y'all. I am in week 7. Lost 22 pounds first 4 weeks and basically nothing since. I am still in induction. I do not weigh often at all, but I did last night and I was so disappointed. Any tips? PS I have not cheated at all.

                Re: Pork Rinds on induction

I have had my accident with pork rinds too....I have some days eaten a whole bag too....especially at night when needing something to snack on. If I use dip and drik water, I never even notice how salty they are. So now I haven't bought any for 2 weeks.....
