even later after you have lost a lot you will not need to count them cause with the appetite suppressionm of the Atkins WOE and followinmg the rules about ONLY eating when we are hungry OR if 6 hrs have passed and then only haviong a small snack of some carbs with protein/fat you are going to naturally be eating less cals and only eating those your body needs to burn off.
Some days you will be hungry and need more fuel because you burn more fuel and others not so hungry and using the 6 hr rule for one or more feeding.
reread your DANDR and you will understand.
