Re: Induction Friendly Desserts - IDEAS??

Here is the Peanut Butter Cookie recipe I make. (for when you do start eating PB I_Will_Loose_Weight)

    1c Natural Peanut Butter
    1c Splenda
    1 Egg
    1t Vanilla Extract
    1/2c Milled Flax Seed

Mix all together. Let sit 5 minutes (because of the flax) then form in to small balls about the size of a walnut. Place on non-stick baking sheet and criss-cross with fork for that PB Cookie look. Bake until done which is 10 minutes in my oven. Yummm- Even my toddlers like them (but my DH thinks they are nasty-lol)! Just watch you don't down to many of these little darlings. They are addicitve. Enjoy

Looks like a great recipe, pinkie.

Do you think it would work with almonds processed into nut butter instead of the peanut butter?

What temperature do you cook them at?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
