    I think it looks pretty cool (the graphic). I like the scruffy look (the DH). LOL
    What would we do without it?

      There was a time when I had an affair going with a guy named Russell. He was incredibly sweet and irresistible. He was so willing, so accessible, so satisfying. So what could I do? I gave in .. well, turned out, he wasn't worth the price after all .. long story short, the affair ended when I told him in no uncertain terms: "Russell .. it STOVER!!" WE BROKE UP THAT DAY AND NEVER SAW EACH OTHER AGAIN.

      See, Russell had a downside .. which involved my BACKSIDE on the toilet .. And even Russell wasn't worth that.

        I've gone on the "atkins" diet 3 times now. The first time I didn't buy anything and basically ate off of what was actually in the house. The worst I did was eat low carb bread. And even then I hate tablets that "Claimed' they blocked carbs. I lost alot of poundage on that.

        The 2nd time around I wanted to be prepared so I bought oh what... 50 buckets of sugar alcohol things and ate like one a day along with a protein bar.

        Big mistake? lol I lost maybe 20 lbs. and that was it. I was just stuck on 180 for about 2 months. I Quit and gained 40 lbs. back.


        Now I've lsot that 40 lbs. and I'm still losing not using any franken foods except for atkins shakes and whey protein But those are low carb anyways! I hate franken foods ; ;

          Hhmmmmmmmm. I dont know, but I always counted the shakes as frnaken foods....

          and what is whey protein?

            I like the no frankenfoods image! I'm using it! Thanks. Today is Day 2 - COMPLETELY without ANY kind of sugar alcohol! Simply put, if it's NOT on the list ... I'm NOT eating it and ... wow! I actually MEAN it and KNOW that I mean it! Strange! I feel in control for once ... now I just have to keep this up!!! I expect to post another 8 pounds lost within two weeks. I hope!! I hope!! And ... man, I KNOW all about the Russell Stover and the damage it does to the GI track!! There is NOTHING .. and I mean NOTHING worth spending that much time on a toilette!!! Wow .. lesson LEARNED in MORE than one area! lol
            THIS TIME and for the LAST TIME, I will do this!!
