For me, it helps keep me on track. I've been afraid to look at the scale because of my eating to much cheese ( SQUEE! ) in the past few days...weighed myself this morning and I gained 2 pounds
. It may also be water retention, so I'm ditching the salty pork rinds...and strictly limiting my cheese intake.
