Ok guys today is day 16 for me I am down 7-8 lbs .. I have been going to the gym for the past 5 days But not losing any more I am eating waht I should be I am doing extendid induction.. I feel bloated any reasons for this ???? I wanted to give up saturday BUT I didnt , I feel really good when I wake up I have energy then I get that bloated feeling towards mid day i am putting all my might into this and feel like Im stuck
