Renees dressings are the best.I use them everyday on my salad and as a dip for my raw salad veggies.They have NO carbs, so your even better off cos you just saved yourself 2 extra carbs that were alloted for salad dressing.For the sausage,I buy from the butcher there "premium breakfast sausage".Theres no fillers like the regular.Just ask the meat counter, most have it.Unlike the Usa, in Canada we only have premade frozen sauage meats and everyone has sugar and carbs.HOpe this helps.
