Hey Everyone!
Just curious... I am really bad about eating breakfast, but I decided to try the Induction legal flaxmeal muffins to my menu. I would eat 2 every morning with about 1 tbsp of butter (I was also looking forward to the "movement" benefit of flaxmeal) and this is the first week that I did not lose any weight.
I really like these muffins and would hate to have to cut them out.
Anyone else stall after introducing flaxmeal to their diet?
