    chile relleno casserole

    Anyone know the recipe? Sounds yummy. Im going to try the jal. poppers tomorrow!

    I make the jalapeno poppers a LOT. I do it with 1/2 cheddar and 1/2 cream cheese stuff the peppers, bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. I don't like the bacon on it that some people do, that's a personal pref though.... I feel like the bacon makes it too greasy!

    YUM YUM YUM! Delicioso! It is quite spicy with 2 cans, sometimes I use only 1 can of the chiles!

      I make stuffed peppers

      i just cut the top off, stuff them and pop them in the oven. they're easy to stuff when they're raw.

      for the stuffing i mix browned ground beef, some raw eggs, tomato sauce, spices, and gound cheese.

      it all melts and cooks together in the oven.

      and it's great for the freezer, so when i find cheap peppers, I go all out!
