How do I know if I should stay on Induction or move on to OWL. I am currently re-working the Induction Phase and am on Day 3 with no cheats. I did 6 weeks before my cheats and got discouraged because I only lost about 10 pounds. I felt like if I moved on to OWL I would end up gaining again
