I remember reading that I should stay away from caffine becasue it makes you hungry. But other than that is there any metabolic reason that coffee is bad on atkins?
Reason I ask, I'm a LEO and I work long 12 hour night shifts and every now and then I need something to keep me awake. I've probably had to turn to coffee once a week. But I havn't noticed any change in my rate of weight loss or my desire to eat. So, is it ok to drink coffee? Are there any carbs in coffee?
