Wow you have so little to lose. That must be nice! I hope I know how that feels one day!

I know I risk being lynched by typing this, but why Atkins? What made you chose Atkins with so little weight to lose? At this point you have to exercise (which many don't do at first because they're so obese), you have to practice portion control (which many don't do at first because the pounds just melt off), and it'll most likely be a very slow process. I'm interested to know what made you chose Atkins vs. something else. Thank you.

Winthorp, if I recall correctly, she had already lost a lot of weight and did it on Atkins, which I think is why she came back.

Atkins isn't just for super heavyweights, it's a really healthful way of eating, perhaps that's why she chose it over something else.

Gives "super heavyweight" a whole new meaning, G-mom.

At this point, I suspect Britt may have, indeed, given up...

you are way under exercising your Atkins program if you only do aerobic exercise one day a week. reread your dander chapter 22 and see how much exercise Dr Atkins requires.
and up if you are addicted to candy give it up remember sweets and desserts are occasional treats not everyday events!
