I know you all are tired of hearing of me "getting back on the wagon". Maybe I lack will power, maybe I just have so many things happen and they open up excuses for me to use. I was doing great, was down from 192 - started back again this spring at 175 or so - then got down to 152 this summer - thennn I had an emergency appendectomy in July - don't get me wrong, I look a lot better than I did, but no where near my goal - since the surgery and going back to my old way of eating I have gained back 20 pounds little by little. Yesterday I got on the scale and it read 172
I about fainted!! I knew I was gaining back some but didn't realize it was that bad - all that work and I am almost back to where I started this Spring. Well I have had it!! I started yesterday back on Induction and this morning the scale read 168.2 (water weight of course) but headed in the right direction. I have to get past the first 4 days and I should be good, I get severe headaches the first couple days of induction. Today I am doing better, still have a headache and my hot flashes are extreme (hystorectomy in 2003) which happened to me the other times I started induction also, but I am determined to get through this and will do my best to stick to it this time. I have some of ya'lls pictures posted around my office and home as inspiration. I really want to be healthy again. I did a BMI calculation and it says I am obese (which I don't agree with because I don't look obese) but I need to be in a healthy weight which is 114-138. I would like to get to about 135 or so.
So anyway, Here I am and Here I go again. I know I dissappointed some people because I kept falling off the wagon but I will do my best this time. I was almost embarrased to come back on here after being on again off again. Just give me a swift kick in the butt and set me straight
