i was down to 150 and then just went back to my old lifestyle...and now back to 175(after losing some weight)....if i think about that, i get really upset with how i let myself go. so instead, i try to focus one day at a time eating right and exercising, which has been a much more positive way to deal. So dont feel bad, just try to get back with a healthier lifestyle
