I just wanted to say for me, everyday just keeps getting better and better. I haven't been on the scale for approximately three weeks, but I feel fantastic. Every morning I get up at 6:30 am and do a 2 mile Walk Away the Pounds video tape. I take a shower, eat breakfast and walk a mile to work. I have endless energy all day and when I get off from work I walk back home; I'm average 4 miles per day. I look better, and I feel better. I feel lighter and I'm walking faster, I'm not always hungry and my cravings are few. I'm takin' it one day at a time.
For me, each day just keeps getting better.
