First off.. I have to say I never in my life thought a pork rind would touch my lips but here I am eating them as I write this. I was actually wondering if anyone had any recipes with pork rinds in them? I remember on the old recipe board they were used in a few recipes & I was curious to try one. I think they were almost used as a substitution for breadcrumbs. I did check the recipe board before posting. If I really try not to think about them too hard I can almost believe I'm eating chips
