    52 days going strong.

Lost 29 lbs Going to start Owl rung 1 tomorrow. No cravings at all. Like to drink water more and more every day. This is my 3rd time around. I always stoped at around 235 because I felt good. Not this time I will not stop. I will get down to 195, I want to follow up the rungs and maintain. Mike

Congrats on the 52 days, and for moving up the rungs to OWL!! It's definitely more fun to have more options. I think that's 235, right? I'm like, umm... I hope anyway, 'cause 135 would be a little scary unless you were *really* short.
