I'm just coming to the end of my 2nd week of extended induction and I have a small query re fitday and fibre.
I keep reading about subtracting the fibre from the total carbs...so my question is...where the carb grams appear on fitday under that is an amount for fibre, so if fitday says my total carbs are say 15g and fibre is say 3g...does that mean i've only had 12g net carbs?
Sorry I'm finding the fibre thing a bit confusing as here in the UK our food labels already have the fibre subtracted from the carb count!
Any help would be most appreciated
