Hello there!
I've been on induction for three weeks now as I'm trying to keep it up as long as possible, and I have a cream-based question. Apparently it is only allowed in small quantities during the induction period, yet when I look at the nutritional info on the cream cartons, there is very little carbohydrate in it, about 7-8 grams for the whole pot.
I know that for some people cream can slow down the process, but is that absolutely the case? Because I've found that cream really is a life saver in terms of getting a sweet fix, and I would hate to have to be stingy with it!
Please let me know if cream in large quantities is an ABSOLUTE no no, or if as long as I stay within my 20 grams of carbs a day allowance overall I'll be fine. I'm dreading the response!
