Well I'm really kinda scared but I'm going to move up the rungs.
I do have a couple of questions tho to ask.
In reading those stickies was very helpful under the OWL forum.
First off on Fitday where your calories, carbs, fats, proteins are listed, is that the total carbs for the food or NET carbs?
Where the pie is located on the top right corner, the fiber is listed there,
do I subtract the number of fiber from the carbs listed on the bottom of the page? Hope that makes sense.
What I'm getting at is I want to make sure the carbs listed are NOT NET.
So if I get this correctly each week I'll add 5 grams of carbs starting with extra vegetables.
So it will be 25 NET carbs. is this correct?
I figured my resistance is Average so I'll need to stay between 15-40 grams of carbs a day.
