    Well I'm really kinda scared but I'm going to move up the rungs.
    I do have a couple of questions tho to ask.
    In reading those stickies was very helpful under the OWL forum.

    First off on Fitday where your calories, carbs, fats, proteins are listed, is that the total carbs for the food or NET carbs?
    Where the pie is located on the top right corner, the fiber is listed there,
    do I subtract the number of fiber from the carbs listed on the bottom of the page? Hope that makes sense.
    What I'm getting at is I want to make sure the carbs listed are NOT NET.

    So if I get this correctly each week I'll add 5 grams of carbs starting with extra vegetables.
    So it will be 25 NET carbs. is this correct?
    I figured my resistance is Average so I'll need to stay between 15-40 grams of carbs a day.

    Yes you subtract the fibre from the total carbs given in fitday.

    For example if total carbs are 22g and you have 5g fibre then net carbs = 17g

    Hope this helps...I've not moved onto OWL as yet but I think I'll be moving up on Monday...I like my veggies so it'll be nice to have some more!

      Yep... you subtract the fibre.
      Good for you making the move to OWL. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

        Hi Colleen,
        Whatever your average net carbs is at the moment, before you start OWL, will determine the amount of net carbs for the next rung.
        For example, I averaged around 15g of net carbs in induction, so when I moved up to rung 1 my total net carbs went to 20g

        OWL is fantastic, it actually increased my weight loss and there's so many foods to choose from. I hope you enjoy it
