I am back after a long long time. Over that time, I've gained more and weight, sadly and now am way over where I even started. Ugh! I've once again tried everything, but I am back here now where I KNOW I can do it and live with it as long as I'm smart and hold myself to high standards. Two things I KNOW I need to do: prepare my food for the week on Sunday so I have what I need (yesterday I made a couple of entrees, prepped some chicken for sandwiches, hardboiled some eggs, etc.) and say "no" to little cheats that have sabotaged me before. I'm confident this will work.
My question today is whether there are any statistics on whether it's better to stay on extended induction or to switch to OWL? Do people on one versus the other do much better for the long-haul? I'm in it for the long-haul so I'm thinking perhaps I should just start OWL as Dr. Atkins says after my clean induction.
I have a good 150 pounds to lose.
Thanks for your input and I'm looking forward to being here to give and get support.
