    Well, so far so good sans jicama. Cravings are zero. But then again, I don't know if it was emotional, or a result in a blood sugar bounce of some sort.

    Also, last night I finally found my DANDR, so reading through that helped me strengthen my mind, and provided more motivation. So either way, I'm good for now. I'm just going to be certain not to lose it again!

    So, I guess I just need to keep in mind that I am sensitive to jicama, no?

      You might want to do an experiment by eating a small amount (with no other new or trigger foods) to double-check. I'm sensitive to jicama, too. It causes really bad intestinal cramping and pain for me--no fun!
