I need some reassurance...
I've just completed my fitday for today and for the first time in 4 weeks I've gone over my 20g of carbs...I had 26g.
All my foods were legal...it's just that I went out and bought the pure pumpkin in a can and had 1/2 cup of it with supper and somehow I screwed up in my calculations and went over...
I want to move to OWL when I've gotten rid of 20pds but as of now I'm only 14 pds down.
What should I do?
Just go back to 20g tomorrow or move on to OWL?
I have to admit moving on to OWL is a bit scary...I also started exercising everyday and I find I'm hungrier.
Please help!
