Hey everyone, I just finished my 3rd week and lost right at 3 pounds. So far Ive lost like this first week: 10#, week2: 1pound, week3: 3#.
I feel pretty good, but a little sluggish. I dont blame atkins. I blame early mornings - late nights doing chores and watching news television. THe weekend cant come soon enough.

no, i have not changed anything..no, there are no hidden carbs or sugars..i even cut out some stuff like deli meat and bacon, sausage...(i was worried about water retention...everything tastes so darn salty to me at the moment...)...so, i am feeling a little let down, but i keep telling myself it will pass, and no matter what, i have been fat for years, and within 6 months, i wont be anymore.....argh...here is to loosing the other 40 odd pounds....
