What foods can we eat unlimited of? My questions really is if we are not supposed to go hungry on this diet what do we eat since we have to weigh everything? For example, if I have already eaten my veggies for the day, had all the cheese, what can I eat that I dont have to count oz? I'm not saying that I need to eat a lot because I am actually not really hungry most of the time but Im just curious, just an FYI for myself.
