  • I am soooo confused or maybe just curious

    What foods can we eat unlimited of? My questions really is if we are not supposed to go hungry on this diet what do we eat since we have to weigh everything? For example, if I have already eaten my veggies for the day, had all the cheese, what can I eat that I dont have to count oz? I'm not saying that I need to eat a lot because I am actually not really hungry most of the time but Im just curious, just an FYI for myself.

    You shouldn't cram all the foods in one meal. Meaning don't eat all veggies for breakfest or anything. You need to spread them out. Now if you're all equal and still hungry, eat something like a chicken leg or a plain hamburger.

      You could eat a cow... or a chicken, goat, lamb, eel, shrimp, with lots and lots of butter... hamburger with some mayo, shrimp scampi.. eggs in general, piggies, ummm... basically anything that's protein and fat.

        lol Lyssie, you just about covered everything and made me giggle too, thanks

        I love to keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge for an emergency. Sometimes they are also curried or devilled with mayo. I can only ever manage to eat one or maybe 2 halves of those, they're so filling. Leftovers from the night before are also great.

          Yes... hard boiled eggs are a good filler, but they do have some carbs, which most meats/fish don't. Remember to eat only to satisfy your hunger though, not beyond.
